WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED?

You've got your ideas, and now it's time to make them come to life!

We're so excited to help you create the brand of your dreams. Here are the things we'll need from you before we can get started:

Branding Files

Your logos in a vector file format like AI, PSD, EPS, SVG, or PDF.

Designs

Tech packs or at least 3 high-resolution reference images in different views or sketches.

Artwork Files

Files for print, embroidery, notions, and packaging must be in a vector file format with the dimensions stated.

Sizing

A size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can’t be used.

HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO START?

Typically we see clients requiring anywhere from $10,000 - $20,000 for a womenswear/menswear collection of 480 pieces.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer different delivery options to suit your budget or requirement.

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

The minimum order requirements are 80 – 100 pieces per Custom DESIGN.

For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type. Feel free to contact us on WhatsApp for any additional information or requests.

WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES?

It usually takes up to 40 days to be completed using stock fabric and up to 2 months for custom-produced fabrics. Smaller orders of approx (1000 pieces) can be completed in a week.

Lead time is calculated from the date we start production, to the completion of the project.

WHAT PRODUCTS YOU CAN'T MAKE?

We're not able to make the following type of products.

- Wedding gowns

- Costumes

- Sneakers

- Haute couture

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We have 26 Global Payment Partners such as Remitly, Wise, Bank Muscat, The Saudi Investment Bank, Western Union, Hamdan Exchange & more, We also accept Crypto Currency (Binance).
