Product Development
Our team will discuss your ideas with you and advise on fabrications and suitable printing methods to develop the technical drawings and tech packs that will bring your ideas onto paper and to life.
Sampling
Our dedicated sampling lines and highly experienced workforce usually take 1 to 3 weeks to create the paper patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing your samples.
Fabrics & Trims Sourcing
Our sourcing staff works with our local suppliers to provide you with an array of fabrics, trims, notions, buttons and zippers for your designs. Custom fabrications, dye, trims and notions options are also available.
Bulk Production & QC
Once the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork, and down payment have been confirmed, it typically takes 4-8 weeks for manufacturing apparel.

Digital Print
Digital Print is a form of printing that uses an inkjet printer to directly print onto the fabric.
With Digital Print, you can get almost any design printed on your chosen fabric—and in high resolution, with details and unlimited colors. That makes it an ideal choice for artworks that have more than four colors!
Can be printed on both natural and synthetic fabrics.

Screen Print
Screen printing is the most cost-effective method for having artwork printed on garments in bulk with high-quality results
.
Screen prints are extremely durable and last for a long time even after multiple washes, which makes them an excellent choice for marketing apparel. Screen prints are also very cost-efficient to produce since they can be printed on both natural and synthetic fabrics.

Water-Based Ink Screen Print
Water-based ink screen printing is our default method for printing on light-colored fabrics.
These inks have pigment embedded in a water-based solvent, making them an eco-friendly printing method.
Water-Based Ink Screen Prints offer an ultra-soft hand feel, as the inks are absorbed into the fabrics.
These inks offer a high level of opacity and color retention, making them ideal for use on all kinds of fabrics. The colors are vibrant and will print with excellent color consistency every time.
Can be printed on both natural and synthetic light-colored fabrics, Up to 4 colors ONLY.
Plastisol-Based Ink Screen Print
The Plastisol-Based Inks Screen Printing method offers the best color results and long-lasting durability.
These inks are cured by high temperatures and are made from PVC, so they are durable.
They can be matched with Pantone or PMS colors, making them easy to match with your preferred colors.
The inks will leave a thin film over the fabric, which can be felt by hand and have a thicker feel as compared to a water-based ink screen print.
Can be printed on both natural and synthetic dark-colored fabrics, Up to 4 colors ONLY.
Metallic Ink Screen Print
Metallic Inks are used to provide a metallic appearance to the garment. It is similar to metallic foil print but without a shiny appearance.
They are perfect for adding a shimmery touch to your garments, making them look more luxurious and elegant.
It is used in combination with heat press machines. The metallic ink is applied to the garment, which then gets pressed onto a special heat-sensitive backing paper. The heat from the machine causes the ink to transfer from the cloth to the paper, resulting in a shiny look. This process can be repeated multiple times until desired results are achieved.
Can be printed on cotton or other natural fabrics ONLY.
NOT suitable for printing fine details or halftone images.
Metallic Foil Screen Print
Metallic foil screen printing is a technique that allows you to create an incredibly luxurious finish to your artwork.
The process uses a metallic adhesive that is applied directly to the fabric, resulting in a shiny, metallic effect. It can only be printed on natural fabrics and has a limitation of 1 color per artwork.
The results are stunning, but they do have some limitations:
- Foil print will fade over time with multiple washes as they are applied using adhesives and foil.
- All foil-printed designs should be washed inside out to prolong the longevity of the print

NOT suitable for printing fine details or halftone images.
Dye Sublimation
We are proud to offer you dye sublimation printing on our luxurious fabrics. With this exacting process, we can create full-color images, high-quality photographic prints, and artworks that are resistant to scratching or cracking.
Dye Sublimation is a printing process that prints dye-sublimated images onto fabrics or garments. This process allows the inks to fully penetrate the fabric, creating a permanent and full-color image that has no hand feel.
Dye sublimation printing is an innovative way to print on polyester fabrics. This printing method can produce artwork in full color, with high-quality photographic print results. We use Dye Sublimation printing as the default printing method for printing on polyester fabrics.
It can be printed on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. Only suitable for all-over prints
Heat Transfer Print
The feel of a Heat Transfer Print is incomparable. It's delicate, yet strong, allowing for the most intricate designs and patterns to be created.
Heat Transfer Prints are basically plastisol inks that are printed onto transfer paper or vinyl and applied to a garment using heat and pressure.
As heat transfer uses plastisol inks, there will be a thin layer than can be felt by hand.

Embroidery - Direct On Garment / Embroidery - Patch
Embroidery is the art of using thread or yarn to stitch patterns on fabrics.
We offer machine embroidery using polyester threads.
For small designs below 5 cm, embroidery is also not recommended as it will not be eligible.
What Is This Type of Print Suitable For?
Can be embroidered on both natural and synthetic fabrics
NOT recommended for lightweight fabrics.
NOT suitable for really complex and big designs, and for artworks where a tonal or gradient color effect is needed.
Shipping & Delivery
We understand that it's not just about getting your product to you. It's about making sure that it arrives in pristine condition, and we've got you covered with a number of options for shipping your order.
We offer different airfreight/sea freight options to suit your budget or requirement.
We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, and DNS to ship your orders. For orders above 500kg/1500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.
Do note that delivery time varies by delivery location and ocean freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
